However, there's no attempt at rules or anything. It's a total free for all which is irritating. I've been to other indoor trampoline places that have staff/referees who monitor jumpers and it results in a much more fun, less stressful time.
There's a lot to do and it's great for kids who need to burn some energy. It's a large place with variety (foam pits, ninja course, rock walls, dodge balls, and more) which is awesome!
I judge a place by its people I mean get air is very nice a little crowded but the staff at get air are an horrible very rude are careless! There was a woman that was hurt and she was lieng down on a platform near where I was jumping it was at the basket ball hoops I heard the staff talking about "male strippers" and gross things that all the kids heard. Me and some other children were playing on the hoops dunking and shooting when a ball falls and rolls down a walkway the walkway had no people so I went for the ball, I passed the gross staff and the injured woman when one of the staff members "helping the lady" pushed me off balance i fell back not being able to get the ball he just got on my face and said "no". I went back and told the kids what happened. I love the dodge ball at get air its the best but the staff don't change a bit. I was playing nobody was claiming their outs! The staff member saw all of it but the staff member didn't care. So I start playing then I get hit I don't go out because nobody else is then the staff member yells " HEY BLUE SHIRT YOU'RE OUT" I hated that I would give this place a 0 star if I could I'm still go to get air but I never ever talk or respond to the staff. Another story to add I think you should at least give the staff a little more power. I was playing dodge ball and the whole team was targeting me and the other team couldn't hit me so they started bad mouthing me, insulting me making fun of me and the actually caring staff member told them to stop then some idiot parent comes in and yells at the staff member and tells the staff member he has no authority over his daughter. Thanks for reading this far. If you are the owner tell staff to be nice and caring and on the waiver tell have it say that staff have full authority over their children's actions in get air.
Well run trampoline park. Nice Friday night event where they do a black light thing. Bathrooms are clean, the cafe is better than most that you would find in these places. No complaints, if you are looking to burn some of the kids energy (and a little pocket cash) then this is a good spot, especially during the winter months.
November 5th, 2017 - Our family came for a birthday party and overall the experience for my children was fine. However, another child broke his leg (severely). The child's father was on the trampoline holding his son and while waiting for the staff. After a couple of minutes, 4 staff members came over to help and the paramedics were called. Unfortunately, though, the staff did not have control of the situation as children continued to bounce all around the child, even on the same trampoline. I'm not sure if the staff realized that any movement with a broken bone causes an extreme amount of pain. My wife and I decided to take control of and started directing the children (and some adults) out of area. This went on for 10 minutes or so until the paramedics arrived. At no point were the staff able to control the situation around them. They were all in their teens and appeared to have no training. Frankly, they were just in over their heads. We were hoping that a manager, or some other adult, would come to help, but that never happened. I understand that this is a dangerous activity and things like this will happen, but the staff needs to be aware and prepared to clear an area if needed. Also, I'm not sure if this was because it was a Sunday or not, but there needs to be a responsible adult on the premises for just this type of situation.
I noted that the fun mirrors had been vandalized, but I'm not sure how long they had been that way. All of the other equipment was in good repair. I expected more staff to be supervising the equipment use; I didn't see any except by the jump pits. One of our guests was injured by another customer, and it was another mother who helped her first, not the staff. The front desk did provide a chemical ice pack on request though. We'll be going back.
We had a birthday party here, and everyone loved it. Our socks (you need their socks) were included. The facility was in good repair, clean bathrooms, and clean party rooms. Our host was attentive and helpful, and the pizza is better than you might expect.
