Update: I was contacted by a nice manager at the Hilliard MooMoo yesterday. He apologized to me for the service and gave me an adjustment for my previous incidents. In addition, he thoroughly explained that there was a mechanical problem that was just fixed.
Before the prices went up, it used to be a good car wash. I don't know what is causing the service to go down hill, but the past three times I've been there I drive away with a soapy vehicle. When my vehicle dries, there are areas on the bumper where the brushes didn't clean. I even get the top of the line $15 wash and it just isn't as thorough as it was before. Seems like the whole service needs to be re-calibrated.
Fast and clean. Reasonable price. There is a cheap $5 option too.
This car wash sucks, if ur car is clean before u go it's probably ok. If ur car is dirty ur screwed. Never be back

These guys should have gone National by now but they kept having problems with their computerized systems at every location and have an excuse every time I go as to why I'm not getting the top-of-the-line wash for my contract monthly. It's a real hassle when convenience turns into inconvenience when 50% of the time you pull in and the system doesn't work so you have to get some kid to come out and look at you like you're stupid then letting you in. I thought 40 bucks a month for up to two washes every single day was a deal but I'm not getting the top of the line washes. You'll see when you pull into nearly every one of these places the first couple pre washes and bug sprays either don't function or dribble a little. Call the corporate office and they have the manager call you and tell you it's working when we look at it you must be stupid. Eventually you get tired of having smoke blown up your ass and just go with the flow.
Went there and got the $10 wash. You can't even tell I went through a car wash. The front of my car is still covered in bugs. My truck still had dirt on it. Waste of money.
This place is hands down the best customer service ever!
