Last year we decided to install a backup generator. We wanted a whole house system and we interviewed three different companies before choosing J D Power for the install.There's was the only representative who had experience with the whole house 37 KW system we wanted and we were not disappointed with the instal or with the follow up service. There were some initial difficulties with the load shedding modules on the instal, but J D worked with the Generac factory reps and came up with a solution which solved the problem. On our yearly tuneup the technician discovered a problem with the motherboard of the controller and he replaced it as well as the battery under warranty with no charge. Two thumbs up!

Fast Generator Install ....GREAT JOB! Out of all the places I called (all on angie's list) this is the only one that actually responded on a timely basis.
Not a sterling beginning as technician was reckless and broke a custom made bird bath, left the property, and never mentioned it - later denied it. HOWEVER Adam (supervisor) handled both the situation and my ire with professionalism and care. Good follow thru with repairing the bird bath and returning it to site .Additionally Joe (technician) was excellent. He well understood my generator, thoroughly tested the system and ably communicated to me how to manage it. I will certainly phone for Joe's assistance next year.
Both the sales men and installer did a great job. Explanned all questions and were prompt on calls. Product has worked well for eight months and no problems. would recomend to anyone.
I went to the Grove City location as it is the closest to my home. I needed a belt for a STX38. The parts person was very cordial and was not in the least put out by my requesting a part for a riding mower. He looked up the part number and checked to see what locations had it in stock. Hilliard had it and he called to double check that they had it in stock and to have them hold it until I got there.
