I would rather not give any stars but since I have to give something to leave comment I gave only one.
This is the absolute most horrible company to deal with. I've been disputing records with this company since 2014!! They are extremely rude. The customer service is horrible. Not reasonable at all. Crown BMW in Greensboro is the same if not worse to deal with. I boought a Tahoe I loved it. After 3 days it left me in 2 extremely dangerous situations. They said it would cost too much to fix the hybrid motor so I decided to not buy it. I left it on their lot, they turned it into the BMW financial as a voluntary surrender which it was not! BMW listed it on my credit as a charge off. I only got to drive it 3 days! They were suppose to find me a replacement. 6 months later still nothing! Now I'm stuck with a loan that should have never been. Without the car. The financial service was of no help trying to remedy the situation.
Took them 2-3 months just to process a refund. 3-4 Weeks just for someone to sign the check and another 4+ weeks for the bank to process and mail out. Do not waste your time!! Please go with your own local credit union or bank where they will help you the same day as you walk in instead of playing the waiting game.....
Horrible horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. I don't care how good the car is or how good a deal they offer, I'll never do business with them again. They managed to damage my credit without me ever missing or being late with a payment and they charged me an annualized rate of 48% interest for the privilege
BMW financial services is a horrible department. I called to discuss a bill from my 2014 BMW that they sent which was inaccurate. There were discripencies on the bill they sent when I turned in that car at the end of my lease. I talked to a manager, we cane to an agreement and I had paid what I owed for that car. However, even though I paid what I owed I'm still receiving a bill for $750.00. They were also supposed to drop a $150.00 charge for the second key which I returned. They never dropped that charge either. When I called to discuss this a female representative was extremely nasty! I asked to speak to a manager and was put on the phone with a man named Ty. He is not a manager. Ty was extremely nasty to me as well. He threatened to wipe out the settlement I had when I asked about the key. He said since I'm so worried about the key charge, he'll wipe out the rest and I can pay $750.00. When I asked to speak with the manager named Raven who I spoke to previously that told me the key charge would be removed I was denied. I expressed how upset I was and I told him I'm a loyal BMW customer (which I am) and that he was making me want to terminate the BMW lease I am currently in. His response in an extremely rude way was "Go ahead!" Go ahead? That's how you treat your customers?! I NEVER want to deal with BMW again!
I have been a BMW customer my entire life. When I experienced a total loss on my car during hurricane Irma. Both BMW and Geico botched the claim process so bad, I ended up in daily phone battles to fix things and not end up biting the bullet for their mistakes and awful communication between each other. Meanwhile, BMW kept charging me monthly payments on my car even though it was totaled. They are extremely incompetent at handing these kinds of issues. Thanks BMW, I am now driving a Tesla.
