I am away from home 5to6 nights a week this Best Western is by far the best one I have stayed at. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. I wish all the places I stay at were like Best Western Hilliard Suits.
Very clean and almost seemed brand new. Great breakfast. Staff was great. Nice size rooms. Would stay here again.
Clean hotel in a good area.
I requested a 12:00pm checkout but was denied. The clerk said it was impossible because they were too busy. The hotel was not that full and all I was asking for was an extra hour, which I would have been happy to pay for.
Drove from SC to Ohio to get a vehicle and got the run around with paperwork. Car broke down.. Etc. Planned on driving back to SC after picking up vehicle but could not get paperwork scheduled until the next day. Had to pick a place to get some rest for the night and chose best western. When we walked through the door, Tony greeted us with a smile and was so nice that all the problems of the day seemed to fade because of his kindness and the comfortable rooms. The room was great and we slept very well for the night waking up refreshed and ready to tackle the hassle of paperwork and our trip back to SC. Thanks Tony
Breakfast is not great. Microwaved sausage, toast, apples, bananas, etc...
I'll check around next time to see if there is another hotel brand with similar amenities.
Not very accommodating if you ask me.
This hotel was a great choice for my stay in Columbus. We attended the Ohio State/Maryland football game and wanted a hotel close enough to the campus to enable a short uncomplicated ride which this location provided. Very good included breakfast, comfortable clean room. I'd gladly stay again.
