The only movie theater I go to. Always clean and Friendly staff. And they have a BAR too. I love this place. This is a nice place where the entire family can enjoy a movie together. Thank you Movies11
Perhaps one of the worst theaters ever in. No one around to help. Literally when we walked in we had to search for someone to turn on theater lights. Theater dirty. Wall paper peeling off walls in spots, chairs sitting in the hallways. None of lit signs outside theaters had the name of movie showing. There were Dirty napkins on ledges, popcorn all over floor. The theater was freezing. We had to keep coats on. The price was cheap, but it should have been. Called to advise and was told the manager didn't show up for work, and they were short staffed. But I think I was possibly speaking to an owner or someone in authority because then he tried to offer a free ticket....No thanks!!!
We saw Star Wars : The Last Jedi tonight and we loved the movie....NOT the theater.
Quality has seriously deteriorated under the new ownership. Have been going to that location for years and am sad to see it in such poor condition. The new management has obviously resorted to severe cost saving measures. On the first occasion the projector broke and they couldn't repair it. On the second occasion they had one waitress servicing all the movies. Didn't get service for the half hour we stayed. When we tried to leave and get a refund (before the movie had even started), the manager lied to us trying to tell us he wasn't able to issue a refund. Hopefully management will learn that you can't run a business without investing into it yourself or by lying to your customers.
The first sign of trouble was walking up to the ticket booth. The floor was slippery but not because it had just been mopped. Some slimy, waxy, and dangerous film all over the tile. After paying for our tickets, we walked in and noticed a cheap floor mat (the kind you get from Wal-Mart for $6.88) where normally a long commercial mat would be.
We made our way past the ticket attendant who directed us to theater #2. We couldn't help but notice broken office chairs in the hallway and a sign made out of poster board and glitter!!
The picture and sound of the movie was decent. Theater wasn't properly cleaned but employee quickly swept area when I mentioned it.
So yes, basically it is a run down Movie Tavern owned now by an Indian couple. Unless things improve immediately, I don't see it staying open beyond spring/summer 2018.
we had a team outing with group of 20 people, we really had a fun from 3pm - 9pm, bartender and theater manager is polite and took care all of us.. and the food was so yummy.. one of our favorite dish was southwest egg rolls
