Worst moving company or group of people I ever used. Broke and damaged many items. 3 man crew of young men arrived with NO moving equipment - not even a hand truck, piano doily, or straps, when I had told company I was moving a refrigerator, a freezer and a piano. Damaged refrigerator, buffet, china cabinet, big screen TV, and piano among other items. All the damaged items had been moved twice by family members and friends with no damage. Their insurance company offered a pittance of damages with a clause that you would not talk dis-favorably about company. Actual cost was far in excess that of quote from their insurance company.. Do not use this company - a fraud.
They were all very careful with my items and the walls. I have A LOT of really heavy furniture and the move took a lot longer than they expected, but they never complained or quit working extremely hard.
Craig, Nate, Tim and Mike were amazing during my move. I started off telling them how horrible my last move was (with another company) and That I was extremely anxious. Craig assured me they were there to make my move smooth and easy.
Overall amazing! They did a great job in terms of speed and overall quality when it came to moving everything in one trip and safely! Nothing was damaged and the team was great to be around, they seemed genuinely excited for our move, and when my wife started to move things, they politely said, "Ma'am, you are paying us to move your things and we are happy to do it for you." Couldn't have asked for anything better.
The entire process was smooth and easy. Ashley quickly settled my nerves down and reassured me that her and her crew "got this" and they would take excellent care of me and my family. Rick was amazing and did everything Ashley said they would do. I am very pleased and extremely happy with the service All My Sons gave me and my family. If I ever move again I will use this company again :-)
I have move A LOT in my life and this was, by far, the best experience ever. For the first time ever I made it through a move without tears!!!
You have a customer for life and I truly hope I can get the same. Few next time I move. They work really well together!!
Received a call 10 minuted prior to their scheduled arrival time stating they wouldn’t arrive until 5-8 hours later. The excuses I was given were their guys worked late the night prior and call offs. I certainly understand things happen but I was told the day before that I was the first move of the day. There was no one else?? I was not offered anything to offset the inconvenience. I wasted a vacation day. I wouldn’t suggest this company for any moving or storage needs.
