Worst customer service ever.... there was no customers and the wait took forever.... associates rude and gossiped loudly about customers .... supervisor making comments how he didn't care what customers think because his days are numbered. Will never come back.
My coffee and food were great however the service left much to be desired. Employee kept interrupting me and shouting over me to other employees while I was telling them my order. They did not greet me, smile, or thank me for my business. There weren't very many varieties of donuts available and this was at 12 noon. I haven't been to a Tim Hortons in 10 years, and decided to give it another chance. Don't think I'll be back again after this.
Yesterday, I went through the drive thru around 11 am. Fast service and friendly staff. The medium white hot chocolate and a toasted multi grain bagel with strawberry cream cheese were as I ordered and as expected. I'd rate this visit 4 stars. However....
Two of the three other times I've gone to this location over the past 4 - 5 months, I've ordered their cafe mocha, which used to be my favorite drink there for years. It was 2.5 stars at best. Very weak tasting, like it was made with a powdered mix and they used maybe half as much as they should have.
Overall, I'd give this location 4 stars as long as you don't order the cafe mocha (and, lesson learned, always try your drink before you leave!).
I love these Hortons. Wish they had them on the east coast instead of the tired Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks options. Oh, and Wawa coffee. Sounds like a toddler named the latter. Anyway, Hortons rocks.
Also, I've met up with people for small group meetings three or four times a year at this location and the service is always good and the location clean.
Such great service. But even better coffee!
The other one of the three times I went in for a birthday treat for my son with my family (six of us total) and we ordered a dozen donuts and several drinks which were all very good. The gentleman who waited on us was not only very nice, but very patient while each of us in our group decided on two donuts each of the dozen. I'd give this visit 5 stars.
