Customer service sucks. Just a bunch of lazies who want to punt you from one person to another person. It must be hard working in a store where you actually hate your job. Not to mention they just pretend they’re clueless.
Over the past few months dealing with being spoken down to by their coustmer service staff.
I can tell you I will definitely not return to this location.
This location is generally clean and organized, and you shouldn't have much trouble loading items in stock, especially using the website and designating this location as your store. This store at one time had a glass and Plexiglas area, where you could request a piece of material cut roughly to dimensions, though I'm not sure it's still there. This location also has a year round tropical plants section, in addition to the outdoor nursery.
Remember when people who used to work here knew anything about the product areas they were assigned to. What happened to that standard. This idiot tried to tell me they only make 4" dryer cords. Where they sell 6" at the store and 10" online. RIP good customer service.
